🔁 Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your Zeng Libin piece as much as we loved designing it. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• In original packaging with all tags attached

Due to the nature of our design process, custom or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including a return shipping address and a return form to include with your package.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to avoid loss or delays.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item.
